Tuesday Tip: Bakin’ Bacon

Who loves bacon!? **raising our hands like we just don’t care.** Everybody loves bacon. Everybody. But nobody likes the greasy mess it leaves after making it, right? Or the smell that lingers in your house for what seems like years? Yeah, stank.

Well, we have a (brilliantly easy) solution for you. Bacon in the oven, people. Seriously. Why didn’t we think of this sooooooner!? Plus there’s no mess and virtually no clean up.

Oven Baked Crispy Bacon Here’s how you do it:
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Grab a cookie sheet, line with foil or parchment paper (hello, no mess!). Place your bacon on the foil and stick it in the oven. You don’t even need to wait for the oven to preheat, just stick it in there. Give it a good 10 or 15 minutes or until desired level of crispiness is achieved and remove. We patted ours down to remove excess grease, then gathered up our foil and threw it in the trash. Oh and the cookie sheet –right back in the cabinet where we got it. HOLLA!
Your house no longer smells like cooked swine (FOR DAYZ), and you don’t have to do dishes. Plus the result is crispy bacon. It’s like magic or something.

Oven Baked Crispy Bacon And that’s it! Enjoy your bacon….BAAAAAACON, BEGGINBEGGINBEGGIN! (does anyone else think of this every. single. time. you eat bacon?)
