Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 almond milk
  • 1-2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp honey

Mix it all in your blender and BAM. Breakfast! We sprinkled a little pumpkin pie spice on top for added flavor, too!
