Cinnamon Pumpkin Ice-cream

When it comes to fall desserts, it’s fair to say that 9 times out of 10 we are probably craving something warm and delicious, but we all know that there are just some days that can only be remedied by a good old bowl of ice cream. SO — why not combine the flavors of fall with the comfort of ice cream, you feel us!? Our cinnamon pumpkin ice cream is super delicious and it’s ridiculously easy to make.



Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 8 oz heavy whipping cream
  • 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream and Caramel sauce to top

Here’s how you make it:

Whip the heavy cream until peaks form (about 9 min), then begin to gradually add your sweetened condensed milk as you continue whipping the cream. One by one, add the remaining ingredients and stir in until mixed well. Freeze for approx 5 hours or until frozen through. Once frozen, serve with your choice of toppings — whipped cream, caramel drizzle, chopped nuts — whatever sounds right!
